Electricity is available in designated spots on a first come entry basis.
To ensure you have the electricity you need, it is advised that you bring a generator. The available electricity will not be enough to run air conditioners, RV's or motorhomes.

Waiver of Liability
The Hay Capital BBQ Cook-Off
In Consideration of accepting this entry, (I) the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, heirs, all team members, executors, and administrators waive and release all rights and claims for damages I (we)may have against the City of Yates Center, Kansas, Gilead Lodge #144, American Legion Riders Post 13, Yates Center City Hall, Golden Rod Chapter #163, Lion's Club of Yates Center, Warren Meats, Meats Electric, Kansas City BBQ Society and their representatives, directors, officers, successors and assignees for any and all injuries suffered by myself and or team in this event. Further I (we) hereby grant full permission to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
By signing this waiver, I (we) acknowledge that I/we have read and agree to abide by the competition rules of the Kansas City BBQ Society.
